Benefits your team actually values.
Group medical, dental, vision, life, and voluntary benefits — designed and re-shopped every year so your people stay covered without runaway costs.
What's on the table
Group Medical Insurance
Fully-insured group health plans from major carriers. I quote across the market, walk you through PPO vs. HMO trade-offs, and help you time renewals to your budget cycle.

Standalone or bundled dental and vision — usually low-cost and high-perceived-value for employees, especially when medical premiums are tight.

Employer-paid basic life (often 1× salary) plus voluntary buy-up options for employees and dependents. Easy admin, meaningful protection.

Common questions
What size businesses do you work with?
Everything from 2-person LLCs to companies with dozens of employees. Group medical usually requires 2+ enrolled employees; voluntary and ancillary lines are flexible.
How much does it cost to use a broker?
Nothing extra. Broker compensation is built into carrier rates whether you use a broker or not — you might as well have someone in your corner.
Can we do a mid-year change?
Sometimes. If your current renewal is bad, or you've had a major team change, we can look at moving carriers mid-cycle. Otherwise the cleanest change happens at your renewal date.
Do you handle HR compliance too?
I handle benefit-plan compliance (ERISA notices, ACA reporting basics, COBRA guidance). For full HR compliance we bring in trusted partners.
