My approach

I started Steele Choice Insurance to do this work the way I'd want it done for my own family — patient, plain-spoken, and never pushy. Based in Sandy Springs, Georgia, I'm a regular guest on the A Wiser Retirement® podcast and have been quoted by Wiser Wealth Management on Medicare and healthcare planning. My role is an educator first. The world of health insurance and Medicare is confusing and overwhelming. It can be difficult to discern the difference of deceptive marketing and scare tactic from coverage options that make the most amount of sense for your personal situation and needs. I am here to filter out the noise and discuss what really matters in the simple language where you will come away better educated on your options.

Because I'm independent, I shop across more than thirty carriers. You get unbiased recommendations, free quotes, and a single point of contact when something changes — a new prescription, a doctor leaving the network, an unexpected hospital bill. I pick up the phone.

Background

I started my career fresh out of Berry College in 2004 with a degree in Business Management and have been on a thrilling journey ever since. I work with small-business owners, individuals, and families across the Greater Atlanta area — Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta, Marietta, Smyrna, Vinings, Midtown, Virginia Highlands and beyond — and I'm fully licensed in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Alabama and New Jersey.

I'm a recurring guest on the A Wiser Retirement® podcast from Wiser Wealth Management, where I break down Medicare, ACA, long-term care, and healthcare planning topics in plain English.

Where I focus

  • · Individual and family health insurance plans
  • · Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, and Part D plans
  • · Employee benefits for small and mid-size businesses — medical, dental, vision, disability, life, 401(k)
  • · HRAs and HSAs

Off the clock

When I'm not talking about deductibles, you'll find me on a mountain bike trail, on skis, or somewhere new with a passport in hand.
